The Basement Gym was established in 2018 by BeneFIT Health and Fitness Consultants. Since then The Basement Gym has created a culture unlike any other in the Chicago land area and is locally known as TBG. Featuring 8000sqft of usable space with an in-house salon, chiropractic office, and supplement choices, TBG is your one-stop-shop for health.

TBG features an array of unique equipment that makes it a place for everyone. There are specialty bars for powerlifting, equipment for strongmen, a wing dedicated to functionality, and a wing dedicated to weights. Whatever you train, TBG has you covered.
